Major Update to the Club Website

A major update to the club website (www.k9agility.org) is now available. Any comments, good or bad, are appreciated. A review of the content would be useful as some of the information was retrieved from the mailing list and Facebook page. Some of the pages were also run through an artificial intelligence system to reformat the content to make it more readable by different devices and users with disabilities.

Explore Canine Agility Club of Fresno's Rich History

The Canine Agility Team (CAT), founded on October 31, 1992, celebrates Halloween and has pink, purple, and gray as club colors. CAT is affiliated with USDAA, NADAC, ASCA, and CPE, hosts sanctioned agility trials. It donates to the CCSPCA and communicates via a members-only email and public Facebook page. Since 1993, CAT has held weekly practices and yearly USDAA and AKC trials and became the Canine Agility Club of Fresno in 2014. The club promotes fun, exercise, and agility training.

Agility Day Event with Fresno 4H Kids: April 2024

On Sunday, April 28, 2024, the Fresno County 4H Kids attended an Introduction to Agility Day. The Canine Agility Club hosted this event at the TouchDown Agility Training yard. The Event Committee had limited time for arrangements because the 4H year is nearing its end. The participants enjoyed the event and are interested in having another one in the fall or next spring.

Trial Weekend and Photos

Steve Katzer shares his gratitude for the helpers and participants at a recent agility weekend, specifically mentioning Vivian, Terry, her crew, and Rachel. Over the enjoyable three-day event, many happy faces were seen, especially among the dogs.
